121jeans independently produces traditional selvedge denim, sincerely and passionately pursuing high quality, expressing our love for it.

During the 19th-century American frontier period, durable selvedge denim workwear was favored by laborers. However, due to slow weaving processes and manual labor, selvedge denim—a high-cost, high-quality fabric—gradually became replaced and faded from the mainstream.

121jeans values this slow-fashion product and philosophy, and is dedicated to incorporating it into everyday life. Therefore, we produce classic, practical, and comfortable selvedge denim garments. 121 denim fabric is made from 100% cotton and dyed using traditional, eco-friendly techniques. We refurbish and use vintage looms and sewing machines, and after production in China, our products are transported in bulk by train, reducing our carbon footprint while preserving the classics.

In addition, our fits are designed with consideration for different genders and body shapes. All you need to do is choose the right size, and it will be comfortable, flexible, and stylish. We’ll continue to share everyday wear photos from non-professional models as a reference.
